Who am I to guide this transformation?

Month 1 – your high-ticket signature offer
We take what you’re good at and turn it into an offer that’s clear, compelling, and priced at what it’s actually worth. You’ll get clear on the premium problem your expertise solves, build and structure your signature offer, nail your positioning so the right clients get it instantly, and validate it through real conversations before going wider.
This is where we deal with the pricing fear head-on. The “who am I to charge this?” voice doesn’t go away by reading about mindset. It goes away when you build something you believe in and test it with real people.
Month 2 – your Instagram content and visibility
Now that you know what you’re selling and who it’s for, we build the visibility engine. You’ll learn how Instagram actually works for premium services (spoiler: it’s not about going viral), create content that positions you as the obvious choice, build a rhythm you can actually sustain, and set up the bridge between content and real sales conversations.
This is also where we tackle the fear of being visible. Posting feels exposing when you’re not sure what you stand for. By month 2, you are sure – and posting stops feeling like a performance.
Month 3 – sales conversations that close
This is where the revenue starts. You’ll master DM conversations that feel natural and lead somewhere, learn how to run sales calls that convert at a premium price, build a client acquisition system you can rely on, and practice objection handling in a safe space before doing it for real.
The real blocker is almost never the technique. It’s the fear of hearing no. We work through that here. Not as theory. In the moment, when it’s actually happening.
Month 4 – systems, growth, and CEO mastery
Now we make it last.
You will use AI to build CEO clarity systems so you know what to work on and what to ignore, cut the admin that eats your time and create operating systems that run without you being in everything.

Inside business foundations, we deal with the mental blocks as they show up – in real time. When does the next cohort start?

How much time do I need per week?
On call weeks, about 3 – 4 hours: the live call (60 – 90 minutes), the assignment (60 – 90 minutes), and time in Slack. On off weeks, you’re implementing what we covered and staying active in the community. This is designed to work alongside a full-time schedule.
What if I miss a live call?
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours.
